Description:
 Dr. Mike Henderson's talk will focus on the fieldwork he while at the Burpee Museum of Natural History in Rockford. Ten years of collecting from the Hell creek Formation of Montana was highlighted by the discovery and excavation of "Jane" the world's most complete, and best preserved, juvenile Tyrannosaurus rex as well as other notable dinosaurs. In addition, his fieldwork in late Jurassic-aged Morrison Formation of Utah resulted in the discovery of a massive sauropod dominated dinosaur bonebed.
