 Join us at Elgin Marcus Cinema for a free film and discussion of The Public: What begins as an act of civil disobedience becomes a stand-off with police and library officials when a conscientious librarian turns the Cincinnati Public Library into an impromptu homeless shelter for one night during the most brutal cold snap in recent Cincinnati history.

Stay for a discussion to hear Elginís approach in serving housing insecure community members and understanding the difficulties faced by them every day.
