Kathy Meade will be presenting “Research Your Swedish Heritage in Living Color Using ArkivDigital”. This online service provides access to Swedish historical records and to a wide variety of church books from earliest times (1600’s) up 1948. She will talk about the various records available. The presentation will demonstrate how you can access them using ArkivDigital which is also available at Gail Borden Public Library.

Kathy Meade is the North American representative for ArkivDigital AD AB. She has been working with Swedish genealogy for more than fifteen years and has given many presentations on Swedish genealogy throughout the United States. Ms. Meade serves on the advisory board for the Swedish American Genealogy Research Center at the Swedish American Museum in Chicago. She volunteers at the Swedish American Museum in Chicago and the Arlington Heights Memorial Library, helping patrons with their Swedish genealogical research.
