 St. Charles author B.R. Robb reads from his new book "River Ghosts" whose main character, Richard Hill, witnessed the murder of his white mother and black father. White supremist Henry Clayton is convicted but 16 years later released then tied to a recent murder. Now a police officer, Richard is determined to solve the case.
